You might getting failure message as below when you trying to create a email forwarder from your cPanel.
"Add A New Forwarder Failed".
With this error, make sure that you have not created email forwarder destination domain that blocked such as URL below.

If you are not, please check if you have created a mail loop account or contact our support team.
